Toilet roll everywhere, footsteps all over the floor, tables scribbled on and various vegetables stuck to the walls around the classroom!

This is the scene that greeted the Reception children when they came into school on Monday morning. Who on earth could have created this mess?  Luckily, we had the help of our parent visitors to find the clues and detect the culprit. Mr Stoker also provided us with some CCTV footage that showed a small, green something moving about our classroom over the weekend. The children had great fun imagining and discussing what it could have been. After reading our book of the week ‘Supertato’ we decided it must have been the work of ‘The Evil Pea’!  The children set about making WANTED posters to ensure that this mini villain was not able to strike again. We also made our own ‘Super Vegetables’ to defend the classroom and squashed evil peas while we learned about subtraction!
