Tennis Coach
Contract: Full-time (Term Time)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Tennis Coach to join our vibrant and successful sports department. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate coach to work with motivated pupils in a supportive and forward-thinking school environment. We are looking for someone who can deliver engaging, inclusive, and development-focused tennis sessions, helping every child to grow in confidence, skill, and enjoyment of the game.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-quality one-to-one and small group tennis sessions for pupils of all ages and abilities
- Teach weekly tennis lessons to Reception, Year 1 and Year 2
- Inspire a positive, inclusive sporting culture.
- Support individual player development through tailored coaching.
- Contribute to a varied programme including potential Saturday coaching, parent sessions, and holiday camps.
Candidate Profile
- LTA Level 2 or 3 qualified (Accreditation desirable)
- Experience coaching children in a school or club setting
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable
- Committed to safeguarding, pupil welfare, and inclusive participation

Peripatetic Teacher Of Classical Guitar
Part-Time, Permanent, Term-Time Only
Hazlegrove is a thriving South West Co-Educational Prep School, located in Sparkford, Somerset. Pupil roll is around 360 with over 80 boarders. Based around an 18th century house and set in 200 acres of parkland, the School enjoys outstanding facilities.
An opportunity has arisen for a confident, talented and enthusiastic Classical Guitar (with Ukulele an added bonus) Teacher to join the Peripatetic team at Hazlegrove. Excellent communication skills are required as well as a sense of humour.
Currently a half day of teaching per week, with a Classical Guitar ensemble and a whole department Minority Instrument scheme (offering a term of lessons to a single child in a minority instrument, of which the Classical Guitar has been a part).
This is a permanent, part-time, term time only role starting in September 2026
