Nursery Children meet Old Hazlegrovian Charlotte, the Dog Trainer

The children in the Pre-Prep were extremely lucky this morning, we welcomed 16 year old Charlotte B, an ex-Hazlegrove pupil who wants to be a dog trainer when she finishes school. Charlotte is so talented and is going to compete at Crufts next year.

She brought with her 5-month-old  Blaze, 3-year-old Buddy and 10-year-old Sprocket. We watched them perform a few tricks in the front hall before going outside and completing an agility course.  The dogs were so well behaved and followed every instruction.

On our return to Nursery the children learnt to train their own dogs, we taught them to sit, lie down and roll over for a treat. Soon our puppies were exhausted and they enjoyed a well deserved sleep on the bean bag.
