Year 2 have been checking their change and the time
The weather has given us some highs and lows this week, but nothing has deterred the Year 2 children from enjoying all the different activities in the classroom.
Being able to innovate their own version, to the end of the Tiresome Ted story created some fabulous adventures. Teddy bears went around the world, off to Australia on yachts and even into space! What exciting stories the Year 2 teachers have been able to read.
We have also been shopping at the Year 2 Snack Shop. Mrs Davison and Miss Coker Harris even gave us change. Telling the time on an analogue clock was explored and we are enjoying it so much, we thought we would try digital time next.
Mrs Sclater loved hearing us practising our harvest songs and we cannot wait to perform them in front of an audience at the Harvest Service.
