Year 2 Discover Mr and Mrs Twit and Perform Their Review

This week in Year 2, we have dived headfirst into the cunning world of Mr and Mrs Twit. Discovering their devious tricks, the children become inspired to create a few of their own. Watch out everyone! 

Using connectives in their writing has helped us further develop their creative writing and many clever plans. In Forest School we have also felt the summer buzz when creating our willow bees, the children talked about the different species of bumble bees and their importance in our Eco-System. The most exciting event this week was the long-awaited arriving of some minnows in our tanks in the classrooms. We ended our week celebrating all that we have achieved this year by showcasing our beautiful work and fantastic theatrical skills in our Year 2 review. We hope that it has you all walking on sunshine this weekend.
