Year 2 Had a Wonderful Visit from Mr Stok!
Year 2 has been full of inspiration this week after a visit from the wonderful Mr Stok where we got our hands on real artefacts from the Great Fire of London.
It appears we may have some budding firemen and women in our mists after we had a go at operating a water squirter and pump which would have been used to extinguish the great blaze. We also embodied Samuel Pepys this week by writing our own versions of his famous diary after witnessing Pudding Lane turn to ash last week in Forest School. Dazzled by the story of Joseph and his beautiful dream coat, we had a go at making our own designs and patterns when working with clay this week to make delightful tiles using a variety of tools and colours.
