Year 2 trip to Bristol Aquarium

Year 2 were looking forward to their trip to Swanage but with thunderstorms forecast a change of plan was required.  With some quick thinking by Mrs Davison, the trip was re-organised and Year 2 were off to the Bristol Aquarium.

The day proved to be a great success.  The children loved watching various fish and creatures of the deep being fed and were amazed at the length of a squids arm.  It took all 26 children to hold it up.  They examined a Mermaids Purse and put their hands in a jaw of a shark. 

An informative and an enjoyable day out was had by everyone without having to worry about the weather.
