Its Been a Full Week Of Activities For Pre-Prep, Read Mis Strugnell's Round Up Of The Week!
Curiouser and curiouser…
It has been a very curious week in the Pre-Prep, with the children exploring and asking questions to deepen their understanding about a variety of stimuli, including blank spaces, unusual eggs, huge footprints, frogspawn and much, much more!
Working with young children who are naturally curious, the Festival of Curiosity provided us with an opportunity to celebrate our approach to learning – creating awe and wonder, and being the instigators of learning, with the children being active learners across the curriculum, indoors and out.
Do have a look on our Instagram page to see what the children have been getting curious and excited about this week in Pre-Prep!
Next week we have our Eggstravaganza on Wednesday, and term finishes on Thursday lunchtime. Parents are invited to attend the Easter Service at Sherborne Abbey if you would like, however it is worth noting that the service is aimed more for Prep school children.
I wish you all a wonderful weekend and look forward to lots of fun in our final few days of the Spring term next week.
With best wishes,
Hannah Strugnell
