Year 1 Had a Superb Trip to Sturminster Newton Mill

A sunny Tuesday morning set a perfect scene for Year 1 as they embarked on their first school trip, a visit to Sturminster Newton Mill.

The children were in awe as they watched each step of the traditional machinery. Grinding the stalks of wheat down into fresh flour before their very eyes. Our next job is clear, let’s bake some bread!
