A Pre-Prep Sports Day with a Difference

It has been fantastic to see so many of our Pre-Prep children taking part in the Virtual Sports Day 2020.  All of the Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 children were asked to take part in:

A Run – 40m sprint

A Jump – speed bounces over a shoe for 20 seconds

A Throw – throwing socks into a bucket from 2m

And then to make up any bonus events that they could – they certainly proved to be very creative.  Some of our favourite events included – Piggy racing, Tug of War, Egg and Spoon, Hurdling, Trampolining and Gymnastics….

We were thrilled with the way that everyone engaged with this HZG Family event and have put together a video of the wonderful photos that were sent in.

Well done indeed and please do stay active and fit. Above all have fun whilst doing it.
