Year 2 learn about seaside holidays in the past

Year 2 had a fabulous day learning all about the seaside in the Victorian times with Mr Stok.

Year 2 were delighted when Mr Stok arrived, sporting a striped blazer and a straw boater, and took them on a journey through time to the seaside in Victorian times when seaside holidays became popular, travelling right up to the present day. The children enjoyed a really hands on experience, investigating many different artefacts.
