In Year 1 the main topic this term has been “Toys” and they had great fun exploring Mr Stok’s collection of old toys.
The children have been finding out how toys have changed over time, and have been exploring the similarities and difference between the toys their parents, grandparents and even great grandparents played with, and those of today.
Much to the children’s great delight, Toby Stok, the History Man, made a return visit. He brought a multitude and variety of fascinating old toys and games for the children to explore, and they did so with much pleasure!
