Fun and easy ways to remember things with Sir Linkalot

Last week we were treated to a visit by Andy Salmon aka Sir Linkalot.

The day kicked off with assembly in the Prep School where Sir Linkalot introduced the concept of finding fun and easy ways of remembering things.  There was even time for a spelling test for a few teachers with words we thought would be alright to spell but which proved surprisingly challenging!

Sir Linkalot then ran specially tailored sessions for all age groups throughout the school from the Reception Class to the Upper School (Years 7 & 8) with parents welcome as well.  The children loved learning about the different techniques they could use to remember things such tricky spellings, historical facts or times tables.
