Apple Day fun for Pre-Prep
The Pre-Prep celebrated Apple Day with a morning of lots of fun Apple themed activities and you can see in the viedeo below!
We weighed apples, enjoyed seeing who could roll their apple the furthest, tasted a variety of different apples, made chocolate apples, and decorated an apple basket and a bag in which to take all of our goodies home at the end of the day.
What a fun day to end the first half term!
Here’s what some of the children had to say:
- “I’m so excited, I love this day!” – Fiona
- “I can’t wait to eat my chocolate apple.” – Beau
- “My apple is really heavy with all the chocolate on it.” – Milo
- “Rolling the apples was best, because mine only went 3 metres when it was really big and smooth, and I thought that was really funny.” – Sammy
