Shepton Mallet Prison and Escape Rooms were the order of the day for our boarders this weekend!
Sunday Report from Mr Schreiber!
After fuelling our bellies with a delicious full English breakfast, we were ready and primed for a busy day filled with activities. In the morning, our Junior boarders headed off to the cinema whilst our Senior boarders played a mega-game of Stool Ball, before settling down to watch “Groundhog Day” – introducing the children to the much-loved classic and my favourite film of all time!
After a delicious lunch, the Seniors piled into the buses, heading for Shepton Mallet Prison and an Escape Room experience. After a windy walk around the stunning grounds and down the drive, the Juniors enjoyed a plethora of activities in the afternoon before enjoying a well-deserved snack. 5pm saw our boarders head to the Theatre for Chapel, followed by Letter-Writing. We then rounded off the day with a scrumptious, traditional roast supper.
