Boarders Meet Winston the Barn Owl

This weekend was packed with excitement and joy for our boarders!

The Sunday started with a leisurely lie-in followed by a cozy breakfast in their pyjamas. The art room turned into a delightful nail bar session and the fun continued with forts being set up in the Sports Hall ready for an epic Nerf battle. A refreshing swim, to counter the soggy forecast, was also on offer. Our budding athletes showcased their skills in the boarder’s Tennis Open, culminating in an exciting Wimbledon-standard final! Nico and Nacho battled it out with intense rallies, super serves, and clever drop shots, with Nico narrowly clinching the trophy from Nacho. After these activities, there was time for a strategic game of Capture the Flag, whilst others rode their bikes and scooters, and a peaceful few gathered in the common room for some classic board games. To top it all off, we were lucky enough to have a spectacular falconry display with Winston the barn owl being a new favourite visitor to the sports hall. It was a weekend full of laughter, camaraderie, and happy memories.
