Boarders have fun @Bristol Science Museum
Our Sunday began with a delicious cooked breakfast which included 'home grown' pork sausages! Mr Beverley then talked to us about 'reactions' in Chapel and the children enjoyed volunteering to help with various scientific experiments. It was a particularly appropriate theme, seeing as we were heading off to the science museum, @Bristol, as soon as Chapel was finished.
Once we arrived at the museum, the children spent several happy hours of scientific investigation, experimenting with all the exhibits as you can see from the pictures. The photo booth was popular, as well as milking the cow and making a pot of flour. We rounded off an excellent day with hot chocolate and shortbread before returning back to school.
Those of our staff responsible for taking the trip were extremely proud of the exemplary behaviour from all the children throughout the day. We couldn't have asked for a better way to spend such a wet and blustery Sunday!
