A trip to Lytes Cary followed by an afternoon of circus fun.

The boarders had a hugely enjoyable time this weekend. After a delicious cooked breakfast, we headed into Chapel for a thought provoking talk from Mr Beverley on being grateful followed by some reflective hymns.

We then drove to nearby Lytes Cary to explore the wild nature area, and have a delicious picnic lunch. Mr Shaw and Mr Kenny were on hand to organise some fantastic games of sardines and 'puzzle pieces'.

Back at school, the children were eager to see what the afternoon would bring, and the Circus Schools team didn't disappoint. We all had so much fun learning some new circus skills on the unicycles, diabolos, juggling, stilts and hoops. The afternoon was rounded off by a stunning magic show which all the children enjoyed immensely (even the slightly worried-looking volunteers!)
