A wonderful boarders' concert to kick off the exeat weekend

Another wonderful concert - this time with the boarders to kick off the exeat weekend!

Some of the first timers on the platform were clearly apprehensive but they did not let their nerves get the better of them, they boldly took their turn to perform and afterwards skipped off stage with a big, beaming smile.

It was a treat for us, the audience, to see such a range of instrumentation including terrific performances on euphonium and harp. The string playing was excellent, the piano performances well prepared and confident and the singers sang with beautiful tone and clarity.

I look forward to the next concert and encourage more new comers to the stage!
