First Friday Concert of the Academic Year

What a superb first concert of the new academic year last Friday!

As mentioned by Mrs Sclater, the programme consisted of a lovely number of our Hazlegrove musicians who had been working over the summer holidays, and were impressively ready to perform at this early point in the Autumn Term.

The standard was extremely high, and as usual, showcased the skills of both younger and more accomplished musicians. We were all incredibly moved by the children’s confidence and determination, and it was heartening to see the support offered by all to their peers. 2024/5 promises to be another super year of music making. Thank you to those children who got the year off to such an inspiring start!
