Hazlegrove’s Remembrance Service
This morning, Hazlegrove School held a deeply moving Remembrance Service on our school grounds.
We were honoured to welcome Interim Minister for the Cam Vale Benefice Caroline Walker and Colonel Thurstan, who led the service with grace and solemnity.
The service was a beautiful tribute to those who have served and sacrificed, and it was made even more special by the children laying a ceramic poppy at the base of the flagpole to remember those Old Hazlegrovians who lost their lives to war. It was a poignant and memorable event, reflecting our community’s respect and gratitude.
