Parent Drop In For Year 3
It was so lovely to welcome the Year 3 parents into the classrooms on Friday afternoon to celebrate the children’s achievements and for the children to share their fabulous work with their parents. The sunshine even managed a brief appearance which brought out the picnic blankets too!
There were opportunities to create Tudor Roses as a family, to try out the magnetism games that the children have been designing in science and for the children to put their parents through their paces with a History artefacts quiz. The afternoon was rounded off by a rendition of one of the children’s favourite warm up songs – ‘Have you ever seen a penguin come to tea?’. It was a joyous afternoon for all. We are looking forward to welcoming the Year 4 parents into the classrooms on Saturday.
