‘Get Their Strictly On’ in Aid of Children In Need 2021
On Friday 19th November, the children are being asked to ‘Get Their Strictly On’ for Children In Need, as we wrote previously.
Nobody has to dress up who does not choose to do so, but this is not just a mufti day and school uniform should therefore be worn otherwise. Any dance-type costume will do, but it should have some glitter and sparkle somewhere, and be appropriate and practical enough for the day at school. Last term’s Danceathon produced some brilliant outfits which could be recycled with added glitz. We’d ask for no make-up or nail varnish, though, please! (Boarders in need of something will get support in school over the next week.)
Our Upper School pupils have just begun three days of Taskmaster Challenges for Children In Need, and hope you will sponsor them if you are able (link). They have a choice of 40 challenges at various levels and can be as ‘outside the box’ and creative as they choose in their entries. Updates will be tweeted through tomorrow and the weekend (include link) if you would like to follow the progress of those in school, and the results will be out next week. Good luck, everyone!
