International Day of Languages 2021

We had a wonderful day yesterday for International Day of Languages 2021.  

As a community, we are so fortunate to have a rich array of languages in our midst and we were able to celebrate this in song, translation and amusing sketches, in our whole school assembly.  Throughout the day, the children enjoyed workshops in Arabic, Spanish and Swahili, tackled scavenger hunts, had fun with French playground games and topped it off with a sublime feast of Japanese and Polish food.  I am so proud and delighted with the way that the children worked together and enjoyed improving their language skills.
