Year 7 Geography Destructive Boundaries

'Do volcanoes at constructive boundaries cause more or less damage than volcanoes at destructive boundaries?'. 

It’s a good question for Year 7 to ponder, because it helps them think about their plate boundary diagrams and look at case studies of eruptions on both types of plate boundary, hence they both revise what we’ve covered and think it all through, using higher-order thinking skills.  Fierce debates have been had, and it’s been good to watch it all happen and steer the discussions along!
