Years 3 and 4 Enjoy Inter House Sports Day

On Monday, our Year 3 and 4 children took part in their Inter House Sports Day – they all competed in 60m, Hurdles, 300m, Long Jump and Ball Throw and we finished with the Inter House Relays. 

Both the Year 3 and Year 4 relays were won by Dover.  The scores will be added to the Year 5-8  Sports Day on Saturday, when at 12.30pm we hope to be able to announce the winning house for 2024!

The sun was shining, and the athletes all performed brilliantly.  We were very proud of the effort and determination that was on display, as well as great camaraderie and team spirit.  There were some very close sprint races, and all of the children were quick to congratulate each other. Our school values were evident in abundance as well as talent and passion for athletics.
