Year 5 Visit Local Churches in Yeovil

Year 5 embarked on an enlightening trip to Yeovil, visiting St John's Anglican Church and Yeovil Baptist Church.

The children were on the look-out for similarities and differences, exploring every inch of St John’s on a treasure hunt and even having the chance to get into the baptism pool at Yeovil Baptist Church. As usual, Year 5 were full of enthusiasm and curiosity and were lucky to have the opportunity to ask all sorts of questions, and receive honest answers. Armed with an iPad for photographic evidence, Year 5 had a fantastic morning and came back to school, ready to put the information they gleaned to good use.
