Our 'Silver Stories' Club Success Continues!

We are so delighted to be a 'Silver Stories' school, in this national scheme, our young volunteer readers speak weekly to an older listener, particularly someone who might not be able to get out as much as they'd like to these days.

We love starting our sessions with tea and cake, followed by a natter and sharing a story or poem. Sometimes our listeners even read something of their own back to us! We really feel like we've made new friends and we all look forward to our weekly calls.
