Friends' Midsummer Ball - What A Wonderful Achievement

What a wonderful result for all of the hard work from the Friends of Hazlegrove for their wonderful Midsummer Ball. The event which included a tremendously exciting charity auction and which was so generously supported by parents has raised an amazing £30,000.

Melissa Abernethy, Chair of the Friends said, 'We are thrilled to announce we raised £30,000 from the Hazlegrove Midsummer Ball.  Thank you to everyone that helped make this possible.  We couldn’t have done it without the help and support from parents, thank you all so much. Every little bit helped raise this huge amount, from buying a raffle ticket, donating a lot for the auction, bidding on a lot, buying a ticket for the ball or buying a drink, it all helped.  THANK YOU. The money will be split between Hope and Homes in Ukraine, MIND in Somerset and Friends of Hazlegrove'.
