Year 3 Visit Montacute House

Year 3 were so blessed with a warm, dry day out to Montacute today.
The children were able to explore the house and learn more about Tudor life. We really enjoyed the portraits of Henry VIII and several of his unfortunate wives!
The children stepped back in time and imagined themselves as guests at Sir Edward Phelip’s holiday home. We enjoyed both our sketching and creative writing, making many happy memories.
