‘Food Glorious Food’ Cake Competition Was A Great Success

Happy YUM! Festival week everyone! We were blown away by everyone’s baking skills and the creativity demonstrated for the ‘Food Glorious Food’ inspired cake competition.

We had over 70 entries and a wide range of designs which included cakes that looked like Hamburgers, Pizzas, doughnuts and so much more to traditional bakes such as chocolate Easter cakes.

Our Head of Food Technology, Mrs Spilsbury and our guest judge, chef Nicole Pisani, said “All the entries were impressive and at such a high standard that is was almost impossible to judge all entries and they are all winners”.

A huge well done to everyone that entered the competition, we have some very talented bakers among us!
