Year 8 Have Been Debating The HS2 Rail Link

Year 8 are currently looking at the HS2 rail link and weighing up whether they agree with the recent decision, to not build the eastern leg as far as Leeds, or not. 

It has been fascinating to weigh up economic and environmental arguments for and against building the line.  We have had some lively and informed debates and it has been good to appreciate different perspectives.
