Athens....the birth place of the Modern Olympics
Join us as we make our way from Hazlegrove to Athens. With Tokyo just around the corner, we thought it would be great to attempt the challenge to make our way to the origins of the first modern Olympics held in Athens in 1896. The Panathenaic Stadium was refurbished hosting the opening and closing ceremonies in 1896. It is the finishing point for the annual Athens Classic Marathon. It will be tough, but together we can achieve greatness - 2093 miles!
