Hinduism Workshop for Year 4 and 6

On Friday 7th June 2024, Year 4 and Year 6 pupils took part in a Hinduism workshop.
The children enjoyed discussion on topics such as karma, dharma and the cycle of samsara (rebirth). The children were able to try on traditional Hinduism dress and reenacted stories to represent the key teachings. They were also introduced to traditional Hindu music and dance and embraced the opportunity to learn traditional dance moves. They thoroughly enjoyed the workshop and relished the opportunity to bring their religious educational studies to life.
