Prep About

In a heartwarming display of well-being, Hazlegrove pupils have taken centre stage during Mental Health Awareness Week. The theme this year is "Movement: Moving more for our mental health," emphasising the positive impact of physical activity on our minds and bodies.

The school’s theatre was alive with vibrant energy as pupils showed off their dance moves giving the children time and space to let off steam and exercise their minds, whilst out on the grounds, pupils made the most of the games available. They played with Hula hoops to create imaginative play and exercise as well as the option of ball games.

The children seized every opportunity to move. Whether it was a quick dance-off or an impromptu game of 'Duck Duck Goose' they embraced movement as a way to recharge their minds, ready to tackle the next lesson with renewed focus.
