Year 8 Take a Trip to Bath Theatre

Having read “The Woman in Black” last term, and wanting to visit the Theatre, the stars aligned and the gothic-style book was to come alive at the Theatre Royal in Bath. We just couldn’t ignore this serendipitous opportunity. Tickets booked, and the coach filled, we headed off to Bath, with a coach load of excited but slightly nervous Year 8s. They had been warned! With the accompanying staff sharing tales of their own sweaty palms and number of times that they jumped out of their skins, the children were ready for the performance. The play delivered. The children absolutely loved it and were buzzing as we departed Bath. A fantastic afternoon was had by all and here’s to many more theatre trips in the future.
