Year 5 Trip to visit Yeovil Churches

On Monday morning Year 5 visited two different churches in Yeovil, one Anglican and the other one Baptist.
Pupils had to investigate the similarities and differences between the beliefs and practices of the two churches. They took lots of photos as evidence to use in their RE lessons. Both ministers made us all very welcome and gave us lots of information to go away with for our classroom investigations.
We particularly enjoyed finding out about the different ways the two churches baptise people, and why. Well done, year 5 - you asked some excellent questions!
