The Year 6 Poetry Slam Was a Great Success!

The Year 6 Poetry Slam was a treat for us all! Our 12 finalists wrote and performed their 'spoken word' poems on a topic they care about with huge passion and composure.

Thanks to Mr Hambleton, Head of English at King Bruton, for coming to judge. We are extremely proud of all the competitors and Jessica F was judged to be the winner with her amazing riddle rap about protecting koalas!
