Meet our Musicians! Profile of Amy Dickinson: Singing Teacher Extraordinaire!

We are starting a new series of stories that profile the wealth of talent we have in our Music Department so that you can find out more about the teachers who are inspiring our budding musicians at Hazlegrove!

First up is Amy Dickinson, our wonderful singing teacher.

As well as being a teacher in the music department at Hazlegrove, Amy is a busy ensemble and solo singer. She has sung in concert venues all over the world with leading conductors and orchestras. This week she is singing in the Gewandhaus, Leipzig with the Belgium ensemble Collegium Vocale Gent together with the Gewandhaus orchestra in Schumann's Das Paradies und die Peri, conducted by Phillipe Herreweghe.

Amy says, 'I love being able to share my professional experiences with my pupils and to bring renewed vigour and passion from my work into my teaching'.
