Boarders Enjoyed a Day Trip to Crealy Adventure Park!
The day started in the traditional Hazlegrove way with a delicious full English breakfast. With full tummies, the children packed their bags and were ready and raring to go for a big day out at Crealy Adventure Park!
We loaded up the minibuses and after an eventful journey down to Exeter for some, we arrived at the adventure park. The first stop for most was The Twister! The biggest and most thrilling ride in the entire park. Feeling exhilarated, the rest of the day was spent enjoying spending time with friends, exploring the park and going on lots of different rides. The indoor adventure zone was a definite highlight which saw many conquer their fear of heights and face The Red Devil slide!
Back at school, the children were treated to an inspiring Chapel message from Mr Farquhar, after which the children all headed down to the go-kart track and the pizza ovens. What followed was an hour and a half of delicious home-made pizzas and fun in the setting Somerset sun. A massive thank you to our resident pizza makers, Mr Atkinson and Mr Froggatt.
Finally, to echo the words of Mr Forbes this morning, we all had a ‘Crealy’ good day!
