Outstanding Music in our End of Week Concert

Balloon Pop Polka - 8 hands, Lord of the Rings, Vivaldi’s Violin and Cello Concertos, Bellini’s Aria in perfect Italian and a stylistically perfect performance in jazz rendition of The Water is Wide.

Not typical for Prep School music, rather, outstanding. I couldn’t be prouder of the calibre and prestige of music at Hazlegrove. The level of music making is now outstanding and offers incredible breadth. The children love music and nothing stands in their way . They have the technical facility, the musicality, they are stylistically informed and they perform with professionalism, confidence and flair. One of our last Friday concerts of the academic year and an absolute triumph.
