London Mozart Players' workshop for string players

We are so lucky at Hazlegrove, especially last Friday, when the London Mozart Players came to see us and spend a morning with our young string players. Members of a world famous orchestra paying us a visit was an absolute highlight for our pupils this week.

Playing Britten’s Simple Symphony (a piece which is based mostly on Britten’s compositions between the ages 9-12) was so welcome after a fantastically successful week of musical activities. The Mozart Players will be back as they enjoyed their visit immensely and our inspired string players will treasure the experience of meeting them, talking to them and watching them - for the rest of their lives. We look forward to seeing them again in the future! Thank you all for a wonderful morning.
