Singing day at King's Bruton

We had a wonderful afternoon at King’s Bruton with Dominic Peckham on Monday. Members of the Hazlegrove Voices were invited to take part in the singing workshop and performed three songs from Africa, Sweden and USA having learnt all them in one afternoon.

Gabriella W was chosen to sing a solo and several of our girls and boys were complemented on their fantastic singing voices as well as their enthusiasm in their overall participation. All the children gave 100% and did the school proud as they performed with energy and fantastic precision. Dominic Peckham is a very well respected Choral Animateur and Vocal Coach as well as working with the Youth Jazz Collective and National Youth Training Choir. Some of our pupils are already keen to audition for his national choirs – a tremendously successful trip! Well done Hazlegrove Voices!
