A fabulous concert to start the new academic year

Friday was our first concert of the academic year and what a wonderful way to start the year.

I was so impressed with all the children that performed, most of whom performed from memory. There was a huge variety of genres and styles showcasing the huge range of teaching styles that we are so lucky to have here at Hazlegrove. 

A particular highlight was one of our youngest pupils who sang flawlessly in Italian as was one of our year 8 pupils who performed a fantastic rendition of David Bowie. 

We also welcomed Mr White to our first concert of the season so I particularly wish to thank all those children for starting our year with such courage and professionalism. Very well done!
