Year 8 put on a Brilliant Pop-Up Charity Fete
As part of their current programme, pupils in 8S organised their year group’s final pop-up charity fete at lunchtime today.
Traditional Hazlegrove favourites like Lolly Stick Treasure Hunt and Marble Mayhem, as well as the Human Fruit Machine, combined with some inventive new games, like the Balloon Pop. Those in the Common Entrance classes raced to their stalls as soon as they came out of lessons and worked hard all lunchtime to run a brilliant fete for every Prep School pupil.
The final magic was in the clear-up; as parents started to arrive for the Pre-Prep Review, there were children and stalls everywhere, but by 2pm, as the last guests took their seats, not a trace remained.
Thank you, Year 8!
