Our U12 boys are crowned National Champions at the Modern Biathlon

Congratulations to all of the Hazlegrove athletes that competed so well over the weekend at the 2019 British Schools Modern Biathlon Championships at Crystal Palace in London.

Swimming and running on such a big stage is always exciting and everyone really enjoyed the occasion; with many people gaining personal bests (PB’s) in their races.

A special well done must go to our prize winners:

Jack L finished 3rd in the Under 9 Boys category

Our Under 10 boys team finished 3rd – Arthur F, Griffin G and William M

We also had winners who were crowned National Champions – a brilliant achievement:

Our Under 12 Boys team  – Zinzan S, Hal S and Gray S

Male Teachers Category – Mr Campbell

Well done to our two Year 8 boys Josh C and Philip M who ran really well at the ESAA National Cross Country Championships in Leeds; a truly memorable experience in some very wet and muddy conditions.
