An exeat sports roundup
Cricket
The cricket term has started well, with all of the boys enjoying their Games lessons and matches. A number of our boys and girls have gained District selection; it is great to see them taking their cricket to the next level.
A special mention should go to George B for his half century (65 not out v Taunton) and Marcus W who got a hat-trick – 3 wicket (3 for 5) against Kings Hall.
During the matches against Taunton we all got very wet – look at the photos of our fantastic ground staff in action – trying to protect the pitches!

All of the girls from Year 5 to Year 8 have already represented the school in either Rounders or Cricket fixtures. There is no better sight than the school field buzzing with activity on an afternoon in the sun!
Good luck to the U11 girls who play Princes Mead School in the first round of the IAPS National Competition.
