Arthurian walk and picnic at Cadbury Castle

The finale to our Festival of Literature was a walk to Camelot in South Cadbury.

The cold and blustery weather did not deter us from enjoying a lovely walk all the way round the top, followed by a picnic out of the wind. Mr Edwards read from Arthur High King of Britain by Michael Morpurgo and told of the time Arthur encountered the green giant and cut his head off. The children loved it!
