An original Kate Lynch charcoal being auctioned off in aid of Farms for City Children
In March, as part of our Festival of Wellbeing, local artist, Kate Lynch, visited Hazlegrove to do a charcoal drawing demonstration for parents and children. Whilst she was at Hazlegrove, Kate drew a wetlands and willow scene which she has kindly donated to the School for silent auction in order to raise money for Michael Morpurgo’s charity, Farms for City Children.
The picture is 48cm by 63cm and is an original charcoal drawing signed by Kate Lynch. It will be on display in the Main School Reception and parents are welcome to place a bid on this unique piece of work. All the money raised from this silent auction will go to Farms for City Children and we will invite the winning bidder in to receive the picture from Kate Lynch herself.
Bidding will close at 5pm on Friday 22 June.
