7P1 have been applying their acting skills in English this week. They created their own 'Ceremony of the Twelve' scene based on reading their class text, The Giver. 

Having discussed what might happen next, the groups came up with three different scenarios, planned and rehearsed their scene, then performed it for the rest of the class. 

We then read what really happened in the book with the children hot-seating as the main protagonist and journalists asking the hot-topic questions.
